What You’ll Do
As a Customer CARE Specialist, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Assist customers with billing questions, payments, account updates, and service inquiries
- Use a one‑call resolution mindset to solve problems efficiently
- Clearly explain invoices, proration, fees, and policies
- Identify customer retention opportunities and apply effective save strategies
- Recommend appropriate products and services
- Document customer interactions in CRM and billing systems with accuracy
- Review mobile orders in the Mobile Review Queue
- Track projects and mobile-related activities in Monday.com
- Support team training and share customer trend insights
- Contribute to a positive, solutions‑focused team environment
�Work Schedule
- Standard Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00am–6:00pm
- Hybrid: Work from the office 3 days each week and work from home 2 days each week
�What You Bring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to actively listen and de-escalate situations
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM/billing systems
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- High school diploma required
