As a Senior Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals and enhance our brand presence. You will lead a talented marketing team, oversee various marketing initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and results-driven.

Essential Job Functions

  • Plans and manages campaigns and/or projects, budgets, production timelines, and results
  • Devise marketing and promotion plans to create awareness, consideration, conversion, loyalty,         and advocacy
  • Optimize marketing effectiveness and efficiency via test, learn, adapt methodology
  • Articulate product pricing and positioning strategies that meet growth and profitability goals
  • Manage the P&L and grow sales, share, RPU, and gross margin
  • Analyze competitor and industry trends and create differentiation and competitive advantage
  • Collaborate effectively with sales, finance, IT, customer service, etc.
  • Define market segmentation strategies, customer journey maps, and customer personas
  • Develop forecasting models and KPIs for customer segments
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work effectively with internal and external creative agency resources
  • Enthusiastic-willing to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinker with opportunity to interact with C-level staff daily

  • Attuned to modern marketing strategies such as social media marketing, email marketing,                affiliate marketing, SMS marketing, Internet ads etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver results while managing competing priorities

 Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Finance, MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience with proven track record of success in marketing and product management preferred.
