Zirrus is hiring a Director of Growth Strategy & Analytics to help us accelerate quality growth. This is a pivotal role where marketing meets finance, insights fuel strategy, and analytics drive every decision. You’ll partner across the business—from media to pricing to market expansion—and provide the visibility we need to keep improving.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end marketing performance reporting: campaign ROI, CAC, churn, and funnel KPIs
  • Build dashboards and insights that guide investment decisions and media optimization
  • Monitor customer behavior across channels—digital, retail, referral—and recommend improvements
  • Develop and maintain attribution models to understand multi-touch performance across campaigns and touchpoints
  • Partner with marketing division heads, sales, operations, and finance to build business cases for pricing, territory expansion, and bundling strategies
  • Lead post-campaign performance reviews and translate learnings into actionable improvements
  • Provide strategic guidance to elevate how we use data in both marketing and sales, including CRM, media, and funnel analytics
  • Own and refine sales forecasting in collaboration with the Internet, Mobile, Security, and Managed Services leaders
  • Create scenario models and sensitivity analyses to support budget planning and investment trade-offs
  • Evaluate and improve the marketing analytics tech stack to enhance data flow, reporting speed, and decision quality
  • Serve as the marketing team’s internal data expert—making complex analytics clear, digestible, and actionable
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

What You Bring

  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, commercial finance, or consulting—with proven ability to influence strategic decisions and partner cross-functionally
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, data-driven environments
  • Strong financial acumen—you understand ROI, LTV, CAC, and can build business cases with confidence
  • Experience in revenue growth management—including pricing, promo effectiveness, product mix, and channel strategy
  • Advanced Excel and experience with data tools such as Power BI—including ability to build models, automate reporting, and streamline analysis
  • Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience developing or utilizing attribution models and/or marketing mix models
  • Familiarity with dashboard tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar
  • Exposure to SQL or data querying tools a plus
