Sr. Analyst, QA & Process Improvement

Job Summary:

Essential Job Functions:
- Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives like a boss.
- Identify and eliminate waste, reduce variation, and improve process flow. Basically, make everything run smoother than a fresh jar of Skippy.
- Mentor and train other leadership team members in the art of continuous improvement. Spread the wisdom!
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure QA and compliance standards are met. No shortcuts here!
- Support the development and monitoring of departmental KPI dashboards to ensure data accuracy and performance tracking. Numbers don't lie!
- Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Keep it legit.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality issues. Sherlock Holmes, who?
- Establish and maintain quality documentation and audit processes. Paperwork, but make it fabulous.
- Ensure data integrity across operational systems and reporting platforms. Data is king!
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Find the hidden gems.
- Collaborate with the Leadership team and other business units to enhance data governance and reporting accuracy. Teamwork makes the dream work!
- Design and implement performance metrics and dashboards to monitor operational efficiency. Keep an eye on the prize.
- Translate business goals into measurable KPIs aligned with strategic objectives. Goals, meet reality.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Be the oracle.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Co-Pilot/Chat GPT/Grok, Power BI, Excel, or SQL.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects.
- Ability to mentor and train other team members in continuous improvement practices.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance frameworks and compliance standards.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments and enhance data governance and reporting accuracy.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or operational excellence roles preferred.
