We are expanding our fiber internet network and are looking for motivated sales professionals who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and taking ownership of their income.

As an Outside Territory Sales Representative, you will introduce homeowners to the benefits of high-speed fiber internet and mobile services while helping neighborhoods gain access to faster, more reliable connectivity.

This is a high-activity outside sales role where success comes from developing relationships in the community, consistently creating new opportunities, and building your own territory.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and grow your assigned territory by introducing homeowners to fiber internet and mobile services
  • Meet with residents in person to understand their connectivity needs and recommend the best solutions
  • Build relationships through neighborhood outreach, community events, and homeowner associations
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through follow-ups, referrals, and territory development
  • Utilize phone, text, and email to stay connected with prospects and customers

Typical Earnings

This role offers competitive base pay plus uncapped commission.

First-year representatives typically earn $70,000 – $110,000, depending on performance. Top performers in established territories can exceed $130,000+ annually.

Your income grows as your territory grows.

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales experience preferred, particularly in outside sales, telecommunications, home services, or business development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and territory
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and meeting new people daily
  • Organized and able to manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Coachable with a strong desire to improve and succeed
  • Valid driver’s license
