What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a retail team to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Drive store performance through creative promotions, outreach, and sales initiatives
• Deliver and uphold an exceptional customer experience
• Support staff with ongoing training and product knowledge updates
• Handle escalated customer interactions with professionalism and problem‑solving skills
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising standards, and inventory presentation
• Monitor customer trends to help guide sales and marketing decisions
• Manage employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and talent development
• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Support additional tasks needed for effective and efficient store operations

Note: This role requires NC Alarm Systems Licensing Board registration (includes background check and fingerprinting).

What You Bring

• Proven leadership experience in retail or a related sales environment
• Strong business judgment and decision‑making skills
• Ability to navigate complex customer service situations with confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to negotiate and resolve issues with a customer‑first mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
• High school diploma required, BS in Business or related field preferred
• 3+ years of retail supervisory or comparable sales experience preferred
